Request signature not loading to where you mark on document

I input the email and then when I click on where to add request signature it never loads my document. 

I have been using this fine last week, just this week not working.Screenshot 2021-06-16 at 12.10.03.png

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described request for signature is not loading since last week.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20048 installed. Go to Help > check for updates.

 

Also please try to logout of the application, reboot the computer once and re-login to the application with the same Adobe ID and password

 

You may also try to request the signature online via Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/tools/?group=group-sign and see if that works for you.
