required signature help

I have a fillable form that needs a signature on it.  But our parents have the option to agree, decline or revoke the form and whichever one they choose they have to sign on that line.  How can I set it up to where they only have to pick one to sign to send back to me electronically?

You can hide the signature (and/or the submit button) under a selection is made, and then show it using a script.

I think it will also work if you set those radio-buttons (I assume) as required and add a submit button. Even if the file is signed it will not be submitted if the field is empty.
