Hello,

I followed this guide on the helpx and I think I messed something up in the fixup profile and I am now getting this error:

"Argument hash value 6487619695f1e5a4a054brbba2c05934 is wrong: invalid has value"

I can no longer use any of my preflight profiles. The only thing that happens when I try to do anything in the preflight panel is this error message pops up. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat Pro and still the same issues occur.

Is there any way I can reset my preflight panel back to its original state?

I have this same problem too. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also restarting my computer.

Did you ever figure out how to resolve this issue?

I found this, in the Adobe support. I hope it helps.

Hi,

its a problem of your userprofile, check out the following path:

Windows\User\(your Username)\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat

Overwrite the the folder "Preflight Acrobat Continuous" with a copy of the data of an existing user on the machine.

After restart preflight just works...

You have to activate the option show hidden files in explorer settings to see the folders.
