Hi last year I contacted you guys to say that I no longer needed Adobe and I wish to cancel my plan. You guys acknowledged. I did not get a chance to download or archive our online conversation request. When I checked my bills it still reflected sales and fees going to your company. Why is this so? Also I kept receiving emails to update my credit card details. I had not approved an update simply because I had already wished to stop billing. If you checked my history I had not used your software as I no longer need it. I had other solutions. I want you to stop this billing immediately. And refund me from last year August 2021.
The way to cancel this usage is ridiculous. I waited a long time for an agent to attend to me to acknowledge my intention to cancel. I gave up and decided to write this post after realizing I cannot lodge in my request. This is the 2nd time I am requesting this. kindly action on my requests ASAP.
