Rotate Stamp

Hello,

Int the Acrobat User guide it says you can rotate a stamp (see pasted image below).

Add a stamp to a PDF in Adobe Acrobat DC

When I place my pointer over the handle to rotate it does not change or allow me to rotate.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I am using Acrobat DC Pro

You have to hover over the little circle at the top. That little circle used to be further away from the stamp, so it was more obvious then. See the little rotate symbol?
