Please be more specific:

 

  • Operating system and version
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro version 
  • Where are you getting that logged message from? Are you running a speed test online directly in a web browser?
  • If yes, which web browser?
  • Is that web browser a secured web browser using any type of extensions (like the Acrobat PDF Maker extension, for example)? 
  • Or is your browser using a proxy extension to spoof your real IP address?
  • Is your Internet connection encrypted via a VPN at home? at work?

 

 

Please clarify.

 

You also failed to mention where did you downloaded the installation package file from, or if you're currently using the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App in combination with other Adobe Products.
