SAP ADS embedded fonts

We use Sap Adobe Forms with customer fonts. SAP ADS insert embedded fonts in PDF file. Normally it works fine, but sometimes maybe 1/100 times PDF-file is without embedded fonts.

Is any idea what we can do?
