I saved an email to PDF and when I open the PDF there is a top part that shows the name, date, all the information of the original email it was saved from. This happened even after I changed the name of the PDF, edited and saved it to a different location.

Does anyone else have this issue? I forwarded on the PDF to a co worker and when they opened it, it showed the original email information at the top.

I would like to stop that from happening, it shares private information from others which is not ideal.

The other issue is once I have opened the PDF I have to hit "Open Document" in Adobe Acrobat and it brings up a secondary version of the PDF which I can then edit from there.. Does anyone else have that issue and had it resolved?

Thanks!
