There's no such option built-in in Acrobat, but it's possible to do with with a script, like this (paid-for) one I've created a while ago which allows you to define "sessions", as I've named them, and then re-open all the files in the session with a single click. It will even remember the exact location each file was opened to when the sessions was saved, and open it at that exact spot!
