I am planning to print multiple files directly from my USB to a copier with no computer interface. Can I save the PDF Files to print 2 per page with Acrobat Pro? Currently the only place I see to set them up 2 per page is in the print dialogue box.

You need to tell that to the printer as the printer will open the file and print.

There is a place (Document properties File->Properties or CTRL/COMMAND D) with the file where you can save defaults:

The printer needs to read those. I wouldn't bet my life on success.
