Is there a way to change the scale of a page from 11x17 to 8.5x11 in the pdf using tools or scripts?

-Thanks

In Acrobat Pro DC you can use the Preflight tool to scale pages.

In earlier versions you can do it using a script, like this (paid-for) one I've developed:

Thanks for the response. What if I want to automate it on every 2nd page to scale from 11x17 to 8.5x11. Is there a code which I can use and implement it as a button?

Yes, that's possible, with a custom-made version of the code.

Please contact me privately via [try6767 at gmail.com] to discuss it further.
