Scan freeze on starting page

This problem seems to be different from previous ones: Whenever I tried to start scanning, it will freeze before I can do any setting. The whole window is frozen and I cannot even close the window. 

The OS is Windows 10. The version is 19.21.20047.354104. Other people in my school also face the same problem from time to time (sometimes it works fine, but after rebooting it may fail again).

Is there's anyone can help? Thanks!

Em... I just solved it by restarting Windows service "Windows Image Acquisition".
