I had scanned documents pages 1 to 20 pages on HP printer Laser 200.

The outcome on the Adobe Pro is that it only shows the odd pages. The even pages are not shown in the pdf. The pdf file only shows the odd pages like 1,3,5,7. The even number pages are missing.

When I use Windows Scan, it can scan all the pages. The pdf file show all complete pages.

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble and the delay in response. I hope you would be able to fix it by now.

If the issue still persists, is this a behavior with a particular file or with all the file? Please try with a different file and check.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC

Make sure you have the latest version 20.009.20065 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates

Also please check for the missing/pending updates for printer/scanner and try updating them and check.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal

Hi Erica,

Hope you are doing well. Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to scan the file? Please try to check for any missing or pending updates for printer/scanner driver and firmware.

Also make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat/Reader DC installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

For more information please look at the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/scan-documents-pdf.html
