Platform is 2020 Intel MBP with Catalina. Acrobat refresh wobbles when scrolling. Lines of text update/move at different rates on the screen. It doesn't matter if there several or just one app running. Video attached to illustrate.
Suggestions to improve this welcome.

Hi AlanLitchfield
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described Lines of text update/move at different rates on the screen.
Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.
If it still doesn't work, please reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page - https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and check.
Also please check for any missing/pending update for video driver and try updating it
Regards
Amal

Some further explanaiton is useful. Like where is it disabled...
Google tells me G-sync is for NVidia cards. This MBP does not have NVidia graphics card. So recommendation not relvant.
