Scrolling through search results

gives a solution that doesn't work for me, running Acrobat X Pro on Windows 10. F3 works just like the down arrow key, moving to the next result on the list without opening it in the text. Can anyone help?

Acrobat X is not compatible with Windows 10, so problems are to be expected. Make sure you update it to the latest version available (10.1.16) and maybe run it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS (like Windows 7) to increase the chances of it working properly, but that's about all that can be done at this point.
