Sending forms and receiving responses

1. Is there a way to send out a pdf form to multiple people and receive all their responses separately. 2. And i know you collect responses via email or server but is there a way to have the responses come back to you via text? 3. Are there other ways to receive the responses other than email or a server?

Hi there,

As I understand, you are trying to send a PDF form to multiple people at once, so that they receive their individual copy of the form.

It is possible either using the Mega Sign feature in Adobe Sign https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/mega-sign.html

Mega Sign option is available with the business level accounts.

I see that you have the Adobe Acrobat DC as a part of Creative Cloud subscription. With Adobe Acrobat DC, you get the Adobe Sign Individual account.

you need to create a submit button with an action send back the form to your email address. In that way, you can send PDF link or the PDF directly to multiple people. Once they fill and click the submit button, you will receive the form in your email account.

I've read through all those forms Amal but i dont think I'm doing it right.  I've sent a couple test to my boss and i can never get the submit button on his side to work.  Am i missing something?

Also is there a way to create a form for someone to sign and send it without the adobe sign.  I dont want to send it via email.  I want to send it in a mass text with the link and then the user can access the form from there.  What do you recommend.  Any help would be amazing!

Also, sharing the link of the document with the users for multiple signatures would not work as the PDF file gets locked after signature and we can not make any more changes to it. So in your case, when the first user will sign the PDF file it will be locked for the other users to sign. In order to get it signed by different users we have to send the file via Adobe Sign (Cloud based) for more details please look at the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/signing-pdfs.html#get_pdfs_signed_by_others
