Today, the installed Adobe Acrobat XI Pro unexpectedly required reactivation. When trying to activate via the Internet as standard, the acrobat writes that the activation server is unavailable. We checked - everything is available, there are no restrictions. We are trying to go through offline activation, generate a request code, log in with our AdobeID, go to the offline activator - it says that the serial number of the product is not correct.
This product is still actively used in our organization, and its failure to work greatly slows down, and sometimes even stops the ability to fulfill orders. Please advise how we can activate it?
