Set "Save As:" to default to the text in the first field of the form

I've added a "Save As" button on a form I'm creating.  Is there a way to set the text in the 1st (or any other) field to be the default file name?

 

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (32)

While you can't default the file name in the SaveAs Dialog, you can automatically save the document to a specific name:
