When I use the shareable link an error shows. This link worked previously but now isn't. Any help?

Same issues here. tried contacting Adobe Support both online and phone but they are still clueless and not interested in my issue. Had to follow the whole useless trouble shooting script so I gave up. Same problem - had to download and distribute via attachment. My colleague tried to reshare as a shared link and I got the same XML error. 😞

Seems fixed for my team, thanks for your speedy fix to the problem!
I am getting an error message when creating the link to share. It has been working until 11.16.2020 in the afternoon. I used all day and suddenly got the below message:
It says, "FAILED TO CREATE LINK"
