An external engineering team is participating on documentation reviews. Each reviewer has their company's email address and an email address with our company. When participating in a Shared PDF review, they are attaching files correctly (we've used video chat to walk through the process). When we open the PDF, we see the attachment referenced (file name in comments and paperclip icon in PDF) but we get an error "file not found" or something similar when attempting to access the file. I checked PDF security settings and everything looks fine.
Does anyone have any ideas? Not being able to use the attachment feature defeats the purpose of the shared PDF review.
