Sharing File option doesn't work Acrobat DC

OS Catalina 10.15.6

 

None of the Share file options (menu nor icons on the top right) actually open file sharing dialogues. They just open empty white dialogue boxes.

In the end, I had to uninstall the application (2nd time) and then do a clean re-install.

 

It works now.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described the options to share the PDF are not working in Acrobat DC.

 

++ Adding to the discussion

 

As you already have the latest version of the application, please try to reset the preferences to default as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and see if that makes any difference.

 

Also, please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.

 

You may also try sharing the PDF via Adobe Document Cloud as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/in/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html and see if that helps.
