I'm using the lastest version of Acrobat DC Pro.

I created a form and filled in the ToolTip information for each field. However, when I choose the option to "Fill Form" I do not see any of the Tool Tips.

Any suggestions on what I'm missing?

Not all the fields in this file have tooltips, but for the ones that do it works just fine.

Where did you see a "Fill Form" option in Acrobat?

You must roll the (Hand) cursor over a form field to see its tooltip

JR - is there a way to indicate in your form section that a took tip exists? I can see where my tooltip has been added when I hoover over the form section, but it doesnt look apparent to other users of the form that the tooltip exists....

This is the behavior of Acrobat and software that correctly supports form fields.
If users use other low-end software or the default Windows (Edge) or Macos (Preview) reader, this behavior is not guaranteed.
