Sign button not working for cert signatures

I am trying to sign a doc with a PKI certificate. The sign button never goes any further. Just recently stopped working. 

• I have uninstalled, reinstalled Adobe DC Pro, and deleted the certs from windows 10.
• The certs work in other applications just fine and are not expired.
• Impacting all digital certs in adobe DC Pro accross multiple docs.
• Others are able to sign the same docs when sent to them. 

Any assistance would be helpful!

I have the same issue: the Sign button does not work. I tested on multiple computers, multiple PDFs, I have the latest Acrobat version. My certificate is valid and not expired, I tested it in other apps.

Adobe, please help, it was working a few weeks ago!
