I recently installed Adobe Acrobat DC. It worked fine for a few weeks, and then all of a sudden today, I get a prompt "Sign In Required". I enter my credentials, and it says that my product is now registered and ready to use. It then waits for about 20 seconds, and the prompt comes back. Please help!!

Could you please try the steps suggested in the link below?

Hi toml87607363,

Could you please try the steps suggested in the link below?

Creative cloud applications keep asking me to login every time I launch an application

If that doesn't work, please contact our Support here: Contact Customer Care, click Still need help, Contact us. You may need to login into your Adobe account before contacting Support.

Thank You,

Hi I recently had this problem and nothing on the Adobe support page or forums worked until I found an adobe associate whom I made a video with that goes through the steps necessary to fix the issue.  Adobe Sign in Loop FIXED - YouTube

I hope this helps he also changed something with the Adobe servers so i'm not sure if that will effect whether this actually works or not so if this video doesn't help contact get on the phone with support.

Thanks!

Yes, I used it to read PDFs and other materials from Broken Leg Investing and it worked for a couple of weeks but now wants me to sign up. I've taken to using the native Mac viewer but would rather use Adobe. Any idea if we have to sign up for a paid subscription?
