When I try to edit a document in Adobe pro 2017, it asks me to sign in first to check if the adobe pro is licensed.

The issue is a blank sign in page loads it. I can't enter my email and password to be able to edit the document. The software is licensed. I have the license on my account online.

Can someone help please?

Thank you very much

Hi,

I see its Acrobat Pro 2017 license you are referring to. Since its licensed version, so you shouldn't be prompted for Sign In.

License version gets activated with serial no.

When launching Acrobat, make sure its version 2017. Could be a possibility that yuo have got a subscription version Acrobat DC installed.

If this continue to happen, then first reboot the system.

Launch Acrobat 2017>Help>Sign In

If it doesn't work then, help us with the screenshot of Sign In popup.

Thanks,

Akanchha
