Signature not displaying outside orignal document and author

I sign a lot of medical authorizations and certificates. Just installed Acrobat on new computer. Signed document electronically. Does not display when document is either printed or attached to an email. Still there when I open the original document on computer. Windows 10. Didn't have this issue on my old laptop.
