Hello!
I create many forms in Adoabe Acrobat DC and sometimes I get them back and the "fillable" fields filled in and visible, however the signature box is not. I am working on a Dell PC with windows and I "right click" to open the form in Adobe Acrobat DC. I am wondering if the error is happening on the recipient's end and I am wondering how I can instruct them. I already share the following tutorial: https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/using/sign-pdfs.html

Ihave an update... I spoke with one of my coworkers and found out that they fill out the form on a MAC. How can I instruct them to save the signature so that I can read it when I receive it? Should they use a Digital Signature instead of a handwritten one?

Mac users should not use Apple Preview. This damages the PDF file.
