Slow Printing for 4MB PDF File connected thru Network

Hi Sir.\Madam,

 

just want to rely our issue here when printing large files like 4MB PDF file, it will take 2 minutes and 39 seconds or more before its successfully print, we using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (2015) version, we conduct few testing and setup together with Ricoh technician, such as reinstall and update the printer drivers > try few changing setup on the Printer settings > our network is stable, but still persist the printing is very slow and it happen to all users, we try to install/setup the printer connected direct to the laptop but this time the printing is very fast, seconds only the big PDF file print successfully already.

 

our network and Server support team also conduct there investigation, as per them the Network and Server is healthy and no issue,

 

below is additional Trouble shooting done:

try to print 9MB Power Point File thru LAN or Wifi connection, the Printing is fast.
try to print 5MB Excel File thru LAN or Wifi connection, the Printing is fast.
try to convert/open the 9MB Power Point File or 5MB Excel File using Chrome or IE web browser thru LAN or Wifi connection, the Printing is fast.
try to print 9MB or 5MB PDF File thru LAN or Wifi connection, the Printing takes 2 minutes and 39 sec. or more for all users laptop.
Reinstall the Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Acrobat Reader, still persist, the printing is very long.

 

is there anyone who can help to resolve the issue, your help is highly Appreciated.
