Stop Adobe from Reducing File Size after Redacting

Hello,

I need some help with the redact tool, somehow my file is always auto-compressed after redacting, is there any way to stop this? Is there a setting somewhere I should turn off? These are scanned documents, so reducing file size makes my scanned documents less sharp/clear and more distorted. They are still readable but that defeats the purpose of me scanning them at 400-600dpi.

Thank you.
