strange characters showing in my pdf

when I create a pdf from Winscope the pdf is shown correctly on screen and even when printed. However when saved as a pdf or emailed to a client the document shows some strange characters and I have tried different things without any success. I have tried different pdf systems, fixed the font issues etc and nothing works. Impossible to email invoices to my clients so I urgently need assistance. I have a Dell pc running on Windows 10 and have Adobe pro DC.
