I have a company/school account for Adobe CC. When signing in, I am redirected to our SSO page to sign in.
I have tried the following - sign out of CC and sign in through Acrobat, signed in through CC and then sign in to Acrobat. Uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat.
The same error happens in all instances.
When in Acrobat, after signing in, I see the following strange pop up appear, and if I close it, it will close the entire program. So as of now, Acrobat is totally unusable

Seems like you'll need to employ the Acrobat cleanup and repair tool and the CC Cleanup tool

Were you able to sign in before and all of a sudden this started happening?
What is the Acrobat Pro version, and its latest version update number?

Yes, it happened after I signed in from a different computer. (our license only allows for 2 simultaneous sign ins).
Its version 21.0 and according to the CC app, its the most up to date version

To make sure you can go to Help - Check for Updates...
However, since this is a school account (and presumably also computer) I would recommend you contact the school's IT department and have them look into it, and also make sure you're using the school's license correctly.

I am in our school's IT department, and when I asked the person who works as the Adobe admin, his answer was "never seen that before"
And as this happened several years into using the product and only because I had to sign back in to the account, I am fairly certain I am using the license properly.

Do you also have Adobe Reader DC installed in that computer?
Or can you confirm if it was installed before, and then removed?
