I have an acrobat pro DC subscription, using on my Macbook pro. When I open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC it gives me a popup saying i am using a trial version. When I click download, it redirects me to a different window in my browser, then back to the PDF still unable to edit it. What do I need to do? Even though I pay for Adobe, it wont let me edit documents.
Acrobat Reader just can't edit. Acrobat Pro is not an add on for Reader, it's a new app you must install and use instead of Reader.

If you have Acrobat Pro DC on your computer, why are you opening up a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?
Also, these forums are intended for folks having questions or issues, not subscription issues. I think the number you want is for "Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat: 800-585-0774"
Good luck!
