We are working three people commenting Acrobat files stored in Dropbox. One of us is on a Mac and the other two on Windows. Everything has worked very well until now, when all content in one file suddenly is white, thus invisible. The earlier versions are perfectly fine, and I can see that the content is still there and may be marked - but everything is white.
I suppose it's only a button being pressed by mistake by someone - but which button 🙂 I fail to find it by googling...
See the enclosed files, one earlier version and then the latest, white one. The comments are still there, but the content is all white. When trying to "mark all" in the white version, I get the impression that the recent version is interpreted as a scanned version. So grateful for help!
