Sure. You can use the built-in Sum option in the Calculate tab of a text field to calculate the total.

Then use another field with the following Simple Field Notation formula to calculate the relative score (let's say the total field is called Total and there are 10 questions):

Total / 40

Edit: Sorry, it needs to be out of 40 if there are 10 questions, not out of 10, of course...

As long as the main value, and/or the export value of each item in the dropdown is a number. Then the sum or simplified field option can be used.

It is only numbers, but it doesn't work when I want to calculate the sum at the end of my document.

Hmm, what does happen?

A couple of possible issues.

1) The numbers are being interpreted as text, so they are not adding properly.

2) There are some non-number in the mix that you are not aware of.

If you have formatting on any of these fields, it may be getting in the way of seeing what's going on.  It is a good practice to get everything else on the form working first, then apply formatting. So if there is any formatting on these fields, remove it.

When I choose the predefine calculation field I can only select all of nothing. I want to calculate only the total of the dropdown lists and then put it in %. There's 11 dropdown lists that are on a scale from 1 to 4 each, so it's suppose to give a total of 44 points. Annotation 2020-02-03 120416.png

For the pre-defined calculation, each of the listed fields has a checkbox next to it. Click on the check box to select an individual field.
