Please provide more information, in which operating system is this happening and which version update  of Adobe Acrobat do you have?

Have you also checked that your paid subscription is in good standing or have  no discrepancies with monthly payments?

Meu sistema era o Catalina e o Acrobat DC parou de rodar.

Minha assinatura está OK, sem problemas.

Fiz atualização de Catalina para Big Sur e o Acrobat DC agora está abrindo.
