Hi. I have a form that asks a series of questions using radio boxes to rank an answer from 1 to 5. Based on the answer, I then want to tablulate the responses in another field. Say for example, a respondent ranked a question as a 5, I would want 5 to show up in another field. Then I would like to have a total field show up at the bottom of the form. Can anyone help? Thank you.
Apply the numbers as the "Radio Button Choice" values of the radio-buttons and then you could easily do it.
The sum field is just a text field with the Calculate option set to Sum and the radio-buttons selected from the list of fields.
If you want a field to show the selected number for each radio-button group you can also use a text field with the Sum option and just that group selected from the list.
