Buenas, me gustaría cancelar la suscripción gratuita de Acrobat pro dc, no puedo cancelar la suscripción porque no me da la opción, probé la suscripción gratuita solo un día y no quedé contento, ahora me dicen que tengo que pagar 18€, cuando solo la use un día.

Sólo quiero cancelar la suscripción y que no me cobren nada por ello.

In the T&C of the subscription it states that if you don't cancel it before the 7-day trial period ends it will automatically switch to a paid subscription, which is what happened to you. It doesn't matter how much you use it.
