When creating a pdf from a scanner, the box for using the scanner interface is checked and cannot be unselected. How do I uncheck the box?

Wait wait. I uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled, and I also reinstalled scanner software, and now I am good.

Thanks!

Hi Mskinner

We are sorry for the toruble. As described the box for using the scanner interface is checked and cannot be unselected.

We need some more information for a better understanding.

  • What is the workflow/stepsp you are doing to create the PDF from the scanned file?

  • Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the issue for a better understanding.

Please try to create the PDF file from the scanned document as descried in the help article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/scan-documents-pdf.html and see if that works for you.

Also make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC you are using. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal

I can't currently show a screenshot because I can't even open Adobe due to another error.
