Hi,
How can I synchronize navigation pane based on what page I am when viewing a pdf document in Acrobat Reader?
E.g., I'd love that section in the navigation pane that corresponds to the page I'm on is hilited or somehow it's eveident what section it is.

What navigation panel does you mean?

In Acrobat Reader menu : View / Show/Hide / Navigation panes / Show navigation pane (shortcut : F4).
It displays table of content.
This is the bookmarks panel.
You can't synchronize the Bookmarks panel with the page you're viewing. However, if you scroll to a page that a bookmark is pointing to (and that bookmark is currently visible) it will become highlighted.
