Text Field/Master Document Help

I'm hoping to get a little help. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I have created a document of address labels where I added editable text fields. When you type in the first label it automatically updates all labels. What I am wondering is if there is a way to use these text boxes as they are with other label files (so I don't have to recreate all of the boxes in each file). The files would be the same (just different label designs) and I want the text boxes the same as in the document I created. Maybe there is a way to create a master document that I can just change the "background" (label design). Thanks in advance!

You can change the "background" with replace pages.
