Text/Fonts re-format/ aprtially delete, why? and how do I fix this

For whatever reason, my text keeps re-formatting/deleting. I can't get round why it is doing this, and how I fix it... Your help and expert advice is very much welcomed.

As the text or fonts in the PDF reformats itself, could you please let us know if you have created this PDF or received it from a different source?

Would it be possible to share the file with us so we can check it on our end?

Share the Acrobat Pro DC and OS version on the machine. You may check the Acrobat version using the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
