text is offset when printing

I use Acrobat Pro at work. I received a pdf that I want to print. It looks fine on screen - the text is centered within the margins - but when I print it, the text is offset down and to the right for some reason, cutting off some of the text on the right and at the bottom and leaving really large top and left margins. I searched online and tried different print settings; the only print setting change that made all the text visible was to change custom scale to 90% or lower, but there's still huge top and left margins, and that makes the text smaller. If anyone can share information on how to solve this, I would greatly appreciate it.
