Text not appearing when I use the Edit option

For some PDFs when I try to edit and type on Abobe Pro DC version 2020.012, the text does not appear although it seems it recognises the action when I'm typing. I have tried various suggestions such as saving it as a new document or running the print option but that hasn't worked. Is there a way I can run a text type search? 

Any useful comments welcomed?

Can you select the text word by word using the Text Selection tool? If not, then it's not real text, just an image.

You can try running the Recognize Text command to convert it to real text.
