Trouble sending document for signature

Greetings, I have been sending documents for signature to my manager for some weeks now without any problem. Now all of a sudden, after I've uploaded the document and hit "Ready to Send", it wants me to sign in. This hasn't been happening and I don't have a sign in. This is software(?) that my company has installed on all our computers. Please advise. Thanks!
