Trying to place a video onto Adobe PDF on Acrobat but the no border option is greyed out

I am trying to place a portrait video into my Adobe PDF and it is only letting me place it with the border option. When I go to click no border, this option is greyed out. It is a H-264 video exported with the correct dimensions so Im not sure why Acrobat is adding a border.
