Unable to Fill form if using iPad...

Hi all,

I've created a pdf document with Indesign & export it to .pdf

Then i've used Acrobat to convert and adjust filling fields.

When i open this file with browser like Chrome all fields works fine => i can fill all fields and check boxes can be checked and unchecked. 
But when i'm using mobile device no fields seems to be active...

What could be wrong ?
