Unable to format Comment text

We run Acrobat DC in Windows.  We have a custom toolbar that has the Add Comment Text tool and the Text Properties tool.  When adding comments, we are unable to edit the text format.  We can't change the size, font, color, etc.  Clicking on the Text Properties tool in our custom toolbar does nothing. You can't right click on the text to get any formatting options.

This was an issue that got introduced in our July '16 update. We have since released a patch that fixes the issue - please go to Help > Check for Updates within Acrobat and apply the latest patch.
