Hi Team,

I am getting this issue in every Patching  cycle that the adobe acrobat reader patches with the below name getting failed via BigFix as well as manually

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2020.012.20041 Available - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - Continous Track

MS20-Oct: Security Update for Adobe Flash Player

Not only this one other version also created issues in installing via BigFix utility when installed through BigFix getting Exit Code: 1646 (Which means uninstallation of the patch package is not supported

And if we try to install manually from the links given below:

Investigating in Adobe site we can find solution like the one described in the following pages : https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/update-installation-fails-with-error-number-1646-quot-uninsta... https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader/update-and-installation-issues-with-acrobat-dc-reader-... The last one f.i. reports : << 1- If you haven't removed the app yet, then try installing the latest update through this release notes: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html 2- If still struggling to install update then use cleaner tool to uninstall the existing version: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html and reinstall it through: https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

Even trying these steps giving the error that : Uninstallation of the patch not supported.

request you to kindly help on this as this is breaking our patch compliance.
