Unable to install Adobe Acrobat

I have a 4 month old computer - using Windows 10 - fast reliable internet - but cannot install Adobe Acrobat.

I have tried MS Edge and Google Chrome - each tme after I try to open to .exe file it tries to install (Ipresume) nd then almost immediately stops.

I have disabled Kaspersky.

I have tried downloading both the free version and trial pro version.

How can I get this to download and install?
