I can Download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and at 50% it starts to Install
Install fails with message "Newer Version already Installed" I was having problems with the existing version as it was asking for a key and that I did not have privilege.
I uninstalled the program from the control panel and I suspect there may be some remnants still about.
Could this be the case and if so how do I get rid of them.
I know I should have uninstalled it from the start menu.
Hi bilko01,
Please try to run Adobe Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and then restart your system.
After the restart, install the application from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
Let us know if the issue still persists.
